How to Log a Meal

Open your diary — LBN opens to your diary by default. You'll see today's date with meal categories listed: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.

Tap the meal category — Select where the food belongs (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snacks). This keeps your diary organised and lets you see how your calories are distributed throughout the day.

Choose your logging method — Scan a barcode, take an AI photo, search by name, or pick from recent foods. Use whichever method suits the food you're logging.

Confirm the serving size — Review the portion size and adjust if needed. LBN shows the default serving but you can change the weight, enter a custom amount, or use common portion descriptions.
